Job Description: Resource Gathering Volunteer
The Unit Preparer will gather and update community information brochures
She will work as a part of the Harmony House team in a manner consistent with the agency’s philosophy,
mission and policies, under the direction of the Women’s Advocate.
Duties and Responsibilities
Gathering and updating community information brochures, which contain educational information, as well as important information pertaining to various community services offered within the city of Ottawa.
Qualifications
- Must be over 18 years of age
- Willing to submit a recent Criminal Check
- Provide 2 references
- Ability to understand and maintain confidentiality
- Woman positive and child positive attitudes
- Must be responsible and dependable
- Must demonstrate the ability to work independantly
- Committment to a minimum 4 hours per month for a period of one year
